AT PORTE DEL DELTA
From Serravalle to Mesola km 21,350
From the charming floodplain area called ‘Porta del Delta’ in Serravalle take the road along the embankment of Po di Goro. After the curve on the left side, you will see the centre of Ariano Polesine, in the Veneto region, connected to the Ferrara shore by a modern bridge. The route on the embankment offers a beautiful view of two rivers, Po di Goro and Canal Bianco; after a bend in the river, you reach Mesola, recognisable from afar by the elegant and majestic structure of the Castle Estense.

ACROSS THE BEACHES TO COMACCHIO
Moving towards the beach of Estensi from Porto Garibaldi with a unique and comfortable ferry that transports pedestrians and bicycles only and passes through the navigable channel. A journey just as easy and safe along the bicycle route that from Porto Garibaldi runs parallel to via Marina until it reaches Comacchio, and allows you to arrive in the historical centre to enjoy the lively atmosphere along the canals that replace the roads, intersected by bridges that connect neighbourhoods with pastel coloured houses.
PORTO GARIBALDI
Heading north, you can take the scenic route inside the beaches, called Argine Acciaioli. For about six kilometers you will cycle through the countryside, along the Lido degli Scacchi and Lido di Pomposa as far as the Lido delle Nazioni. After passing the Lago delle Nazioni and the Oasis of Valle Bertuzzi, you reach Lido di Volano with its luxuriant pine forest, now Nature Reserve, reaching the nearby ancient Abbey of Pomposa.
