Here all products are homemade: from the biscuits to the cake design for your ceremonies, to desserts, jams and juices freshly made with our juicer extractor. In addition piadina, bread, pasta, always fresh meat, seasoned cold cuts produced by a trustworthy family that breeds our animals, processed without any added preservatives or substances. Plus oil, various pickles and preserves.

The kitchen can be booked and it is possible, on reservation for a group of at least 6-8 persons, to offer a fresh fish and seafood menu only.
All accompanied by the best wines in the region, including Otello Nerodilambrusco, award-winning of wineries CECI in Codronchio (Albana), declared the best Emilia wine of Fattoria Monticino Rosso.
To favour socialising and dialogue between people, we have eliminated the TVs in the farmhouse and we frequently organise cultural – gastronomic theme evenings.
The products we use are manufactured by us and the fruit and vegetables are certified organic products, only 20% (this figure also includes fish) is occasionally from other manufacturers, always with a special attention to maximum quality.
